~ Welcome to Locally Grown Real Estate ~
Hello Reader,
First off, I would like to thank you for finding your way to my new blog, "Locally Grown Real Estate." My name is Sander Harth and I am a realtor at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, but more importantly, I am a lifetime resident of Encinitas, California.
Being born and raised here in Encinitas, I have seen it change in many ways over the last two plus decades. Although we may have newly constructed roads, shopping centers, golf courses, restaurants, and more traffic than ever before, one cannot deny that Encinitas still possesses the close-knit, funky, and cozy beach town feel that has made it famous all around the world. From our world-class surf breaks and beaches, to the multitude of yoga studios and diverse eateries and boutiques lining the historic 101 highway, our town really does provide something for everyone.
The vision for this blog is to maintain a regularly updated site where both residents and fans of Encinitas alike will be provided with information of value. Whether it be a review of that new restaurant in town, an update of local events that will be taking place, a profile on a local business or artist, a quick surf report, or even the occasional real estate market update (sorry I can't help myself), I want this to be a website that you will want to visit and will find useful on a consistent basis.
Oh, and for those of you who are asking where the name "Locally Grown Real Estate" comes from, let me take a quick second to explain...
It seems that people are going crazy for "locally grown" foods such as fruits and vegetables these days, paying a premium for an item that, while better for the environment and perhaps a little healthier, will not have a huge impact on their lives. Well, if people place such importance on simple fruits and vegetables being "locally grown," why would they hire a real estate agent who is not "locally grown" to handle a transaction as monumental as the sale or purchase of a home right here in North County San Diego?
I am that "locally grown" realtor, and my passion for North County and the lifestyle it provides its residents is the reason for my choice of career. There is no better feeling to me than helping someone discover the pure joy that is living in one of our fine beach communities, and real estate is the perfect platform to help bring that joy to an endless number of people!
With that being said, thank you so much for taking the time to visit my blog, and remember to check back soon for my next post!
